down even with a weekend oo food

I volenteer in prisons putting on a Kairos weekend where cookies are alowaus on the table and wonderful home cooked food is lavished upon the inmates and volunteers. I managed to eat no cookies and give my main diss away so I was able to cut calleries even with huge amounts ofcalleries in front of me. A lot of standing and energetic music helped a little.

We had 2 trees cut down so I spent and hour moving the rounds to one location where I will use a log splitter to split and the  cart back to the wood pile.

“Rid” walk and walk

Well peanut and I went off to Steilacom woods a 1.5 mile ride. We got there and went on our walk around the forest for a nice 3 mile hike. Back to the trike and up the hill home. Well the chain went over the top sprocket and jammed between the wheel and the largest sprocket and no matter what I did I could not get it back up on the sprocket. Walk home and then the truck.  All the while wondering what would I do if I had been 30 miles down the road.  Well back to the bike shop and adjust the derailer time.

Veggie soup helped 200lb

Down 2.5 lb.  I tried to park in the back of the parking lots and take staris whenever possible but I think the main thing I did was make and eate veggie soup for lunch. I put together a 10 qt stock pot of caned chunck tomatoes and all the veggies I had in the frig and then some. Cooked with a lot of mrs dash and garlic.  The smell was wonderful and several lunches of veggie soup pushed me past a wt. platto.

I am looking forward to a day of yard work and a short trike ride.

I ask my dog

The weather was thretning and I was trying to decide whether to ride my trike or go for a walk in the woods. Peanut my dog said if she could go off leash she would prefere the walk in the woods.  I was pleased that I did not go on a long bike ride as just shortly

Up .5 lb this week back to the Veggie soup!

Well I went up .5 lb so I made a huge pot of home made veggie soup to eat when I get hungry. The weighing of all portions and measuring everything will help a lot also.

Doing more exercising will help also but the weather here in maritime NW has been more like December than Spring. I will have to use the basement exercise equipment I guess.
